The company concentrates in the Marine and Offshore Industry through design, engineering and supervision services related to Remote Control and Hull Automation. Also in the delivery of support services in spare parts, fault diagnostics and analysis. The company has provided expert witness in the case of accidents and critical failures.
Since 1996 the company has further developed specialized actuation and operation systems as well as investigation, problem and trouble shooting.

Scope: Provided basic & detail design engineering of the FPSO, with 15 MW power in 5 generating sets, combined with SIMRAD dynamic vessel positioning system. Also responsible for the design and installation of the Turret positioning, turning and monitoring systems. CLASS: DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV) Location: Astano, Ferrol, Spain (1990-1993)
Scope: Design, specification and consultancy on ballast & fluids operation and management systems. Responsible for the installation of interconnect hydraulic piping & electrical cabling system, followed by the commissioning of the MODU. CLASS: American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Location: Astano, Ferrol, Spain (1987-1990)
Scope: Design, build, delivery and installation of five (5) electro-hydraulic emergency shut down systems for 26” RINGO slab gate valves. Location: El Tigre, Venezuela (1996-1998).
Scope: Design, build, delivery and installation of seven (7) electro-hydraulic emergency shut down systems for 42" M & J Daniel through conduit gate valvue. Location: Anzoategui, Venezuela (1997-1999).
Scope: Design, build, delivery, installation of hydraulic control system to operate monobouy at 1.6 km from shore. Utilization of multitube hydraulic piping & electrical cable to achieve a response time from operation on shore to actuator function of less than 3 seconds. Location: Boscán Field, Maracaibo, Venezuela.
Scope: Design, build, delivery and installation of electro-hydraulic emergency shutdown systems for seventeen (17) Walworth wedge gate valves. Design incorporated patented double piston hydraulic actuator. Location: Maracaibo- CARDON (Falcón), Venezuela
